Just switched to H&M from Madcap Flair. I was a user of an older version of Robohelp for years and never found anything that was as good as the old Robohelp(back when it was Blue Sky Software). I finally had to switch to something else because my Robohelp would not run in Windows 7. I purchased Flair a couple of years ago and fought with it constantly and had to live with its poor design, bugs and missing features for the past few years (My Robohelp was from 2002 and Flair didn't have features it had and wasn't nearly as good).

Then I found Help and Manual, as soon as I installed the demo, converted and imported my CHM file, opened a large topic file and didn't get constant delays I knew it blew Flair out of the water right then. With Flair you cannot even paste images from your clipboard into a topic, with H&M you can paste away. Flairs editor is slow with large topics and very buggy... and this is what you use 95% of the time when writing help files and manuals.

H&M is the best I have seen, and I have tried 4 or more different help software packages over the last few years, I wish I would have found H&M before I wasted so much time, money and productivity on Flair.

Cheers for the mention! As a long-term goal, I am intending to set up some form of commercial support with licensing, but it will certainly not be in the initial release.
